“Jacques Allen was killed by people that has no regard for life, we have been mentoring him since age 4, he was one the youngest souls that we allowed to participate in mcar fishing/camping overnight experience. He was apart of everything i did with mentoring, he was an amazing child who called me uncle hubert. My heart is truly heavy, all of our efforts to repair the broken lives of our youth and adults, I question my purpose, I’m very angry and hurt. I’m praying that God will help me, his death is unacceptable. We are raising money to bury him.”
